Wincie Irene Moore

Wincie Irene Moore, 51, of Cooper passed away on Wednesday evening September 28, 2022 in Quitman.

A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday October 8, 2022 at 3:00 P.M. at Klondike Church in Klondike, TX.  Visitation will be from 2:00P.M. until 3:00 P.M. Bro. Terry Bryan will officiate.

Wincie Irene Moore was born on March 30, 1971 in San Antonio, TX.  Parents are Toyce and Wincie Phillips of Honey Grove, TX and Jay and Kathie Smith of McEwen, TN.

She is preceded in death by her dad Toyce Phillips, granddaughter Olivia Lynn, grandfathers John W. Morgan and Virgil Smith, grandmother Irene Smith, her Uncle Dennis R. Schneider and her mother-in-law Judy K. Layer.

She is survived by her OG granny Patsy Morgan, mother Wincie R. Phillips, fiance Paul Welch; four sons: Glen Moore and wife Hailie, Jonathan Moore and wife Miranda, David Moore and Joseph Moore and wife Jamie; four grandsons: William, Kayden, Grayson and Waylon Moore; sister Rebecca Anne Toon, nephew and niece Andrew and Baleigh Toon; brother Brandon Smith and wife Kassandra, brother and sister-in-law John and Patricia Baldwin, brother-in-law Douglas Moore.  She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Wincie worked for 32 years in the senior care industry.  She enjoyed taking care of people and always wanted to lend a helping hand.  She was much loved by all of her patients.  She loved spending time with her grandkids.  What she enjoyed the most was quality family time.
