Willie Mae Harrison

Willie Mae Harrison, 73, of Commerce passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2016, in Plano.

Willie Mae was born in Commerce, Texas, on March 12, 1943, to Tommie Wilson Green and John L. Green.
She was a member of Mount Moriah Temple Baptist Church and was a member of Rebecca Circle Mission.
Willie Mae truly enjoyed her hymnals and singing gospel music.

Survivors include her mother, Tommie Green; her children: Joseph C. Harrison, Jr., Sherriol Graham (James), Victor Harrison (Elvera) and Micho Hawkins (Kragen); her grandchildren: Terrance Hawkins, Zachary Harrison, Victoria Lewis, Tadarious Hawkins, and Raven Harrison; her great-grandchildren: Ayden Craddock, Jeremiah Humprey, Isaiah Bass and Allison Jones; and, her siblings: Ada Hines (Leon), Joe T. Green, James E. Green and Johnny L. Green. Willie Mae is also survived by her very special cousin, Levester Neal; and, her special friends: Variee Flanagan, Allie Mae Champion and Nancy Jo Henly.

She was preceded in death by her father, (Joe), John L. Green; her grandson, Vajoris Deion Harrison; and, her two brothers: Homer Green and Rev. Vernon Green.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 16, 2016, from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Jones-Walker & Son Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, December 17, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. at Mount Moriah Baptist Church of Commerce.

Pallbearers will be Dedrick Booth, Bobby Daryl Harrison, Roy Price Jr., Tony Henry, Kenneth Byrd and Bill Relford .

Honorary pallbearers will be Willie Mae's grandchildren and her great-grandchildren: Terrance Hawkins, Tadarious Hawkins, Zachary Harrison, Rydell Green, Gaylon Dukes, Isaiah Bass, Ayden Craddock and Jeremiah Humprey.

Burial will follow at Rosemound Cemetery in Commerce.
