Steffney Rena Lee-Hall

Steffney Rena Lee-Hall, 42, of Commerce passed away on Wednesday, December 18, 2013, in Cumby.

Steffney was born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, on September 18, 1971, to Charles Clifford Odom and Vivian Estelle Harper Odom. She graduated with a GED in Conroe.

Steffney had many friends that she loved and cared for and would help in any way possible - day or night. She volunteered at community food drives and pantries. She was a caregiver to the sick and needy and these people held a special place in her heart.

Steffney liked to cook and will be remembered for her "Famous Homemade Enchiladas." When cooking enchiladas, she would cook 2-3 dozen so there would always be enough for family and friends. She was a lover of yard sales. She could spot a yard sale sign a mile away; and, you better be prepared to stop. She was always on the lookout for wild colored shirts for her father and cookbooks for her mother.

Survivors include her daughter, Rachael Edinburg of Commerce; her son, Michael Lee and his wife Yvonne, of Montgomery; her grandchildren: Kyle Scott Lee and David Dewayne Lee, also of Montgomery; her brother, Clif Odom of Conroe; her parents of Conroe; her nephew, Matthew and his wife Kara and their family; and, her aunts and uncles.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Hall and her grandparents.

A memorial service for Steffney wil be conducted on Saturday, December 21, 2013, at 10:00 A.M. at Bread of Life Church of the Nazarene, 301 Hwy. 224 in Commerce.
