Shawn Eugene Garcia

Shawn Eugene Garcia, 41, of Commerce passed away on Monday, May 21, 2012, in Seymour, Indiana.

Shawn was born in Denver, Colorado, on November 3, 1970. He was a truck driver for Tyson Foods, Inc.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Jo Ann Garcia.

Survivors include his two sons: Shawn Garcia and Daniel Austin both of Commerce; his daughter, Myeisha Simone Garcia of Commerce; his sister, Amber Garcia of Copperas Cove; his grandson, Malik Garcia; and his two granddaughters: Yesena Garcia and Danaka Kinchen.

Memorial services will be conducted at Jones-Walker & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Service Chapel on Saturday, June 9, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Mitchell Scott officiating.

Interment will follow at Rosemound Cemetery.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Bobby Reynolds, Sr., Sherman Price, Sherman Price, Jr, Edward Luckey, Charles Ray Phifer and Lewis Harrison.
