Ruby Nell Simmons

Ruby Nell Simmons, 88, of Pecan Gap, Texas passed away peacefully, with her family by her side, at her residence on May 19, 2021. She was born on July 10, 1932 in the Union Valley community of Hunt County; the daughter of Noel Pitts and Zetty Dodson Pitts.

She is survived by her only child Billy Simmons wife Lisa; 8 grandchildren Amanda Willet, Jamie Simmons, Brett Boese, Michaela Boese, Tana Simmons, Rana Simmons, Cheyenne Simmons, and Maya Simmons; 5 great grandchildren Lexi, Rhea, Remington, Brantley and Brynleigh. In lieu of flowers please make contributions towards the funeral to the funeral home.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Simmons will be held on Monday May 24, 2021 at 2 p.m. in the Jones-Walker Funeral Chapel in Commerce, Tx. Visitation will be the hour before the service.
