No one could light up a room or make people smile like Roy. He was a big man with a bigger heart. He will be missed by many and celebrated by all who had the honor of knowing him. I'm a better man for meeting him, and I know that the roads ahead of him are paved in gold. May he find happiness around every corner, and smiles behind every word spoken.

I was lucky enough to have known Roy my entire life. Roy and my dad (Greg Vandevender) ware in the Army together and that is how I came to know Roy. Anytime Roy was near West Virginia on his truck routes he used to stop to catch up with my dad and take me for a ride in his "big truck," as I called it then. Even if it was just for a day. For years now Roy has been coming to West Virginia to hunt with us. That is a time we all will truly miss having him around. From the cards, to the drinks, laughs, tall tails and good food, Roy always made it better and made deer camp special. Roy was one that would give you the shirt off his back to help you, even if he didn't have anything else to give. He would always put a smile on your face and make you laugh no matter what kind of mood you were in. Know that you will be truly missed and always loved from your entire West Virginia family Roy Dean Price.

Sending our deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Roy Dean. We enjoyed his visits for hunting season and it won't be the same without him. Roy will be deeply missed. He always spoke of how coming to "WV" was like coming home. Psalm 72:3 The mountains shall bring peace to the people, and the little hills, by righteousness. Much Love Roy from your WV family
