Ronald Nelson Garwood

Ronald Nelson Garwood, 72, of Greenville passed away on October 5, 2010 at the Hunt Regional Memorial Hospital in Greenville.

Ronald was born on May 8, 1938 in Swains, NY to James and Bertha Mullenbacher Garwood. He married Donna Ann Harris on October 24, 1959 in Greenville.

Ronald is survived by his loving wife; four sons: Virgil Garwood and spouse, Charlene of NC, Bruce Garwood and spouse, Josie of NY, Francis Garwood and spouse, Helen of Greenville, and John Garwood and spouse, Carla of NY; two daughters: Crystal Wilson and spouse Hal of Sulphur Springs, and Carol Boncek and spouse, John of LA; two sisters; one brother; nine grandchildren; two step grandchildren; and four step great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by both of his parents; a son, Kenneth Garwood; three brothers; and two sisters.

Committal services will be held at a later date in New York.
