Ricky Lynn Thomas

Ricky Lynn Thomas, 57, of Commerce, formerly of Dallas, died June 13, 2013, at his home.

Born January 30, 1956, in Dallas, he was the son of Jackson E. Thomas and Aline Malone Thomas.

On May 28, 2000, he married Alana Thomas in Dallas.

Mr. Thomas was a self-employed carpenter and was a member of Carpenters Local Union 198.

Ricky loved to (party) he liked motorcycles, cars and jeeps; and, he loved his family very much.

Surviving is his wife; his two children: Jimmy and Crystal; five grandchildren; his mother; his three brothers: Roger Sluder, Jerald Thomas and Kenneth Shepherd; his five sisters: Linda Sue Parker, Tina Horton, Debbie Risener, Dena Thomas and Donna Shepherd; and, a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father and his two brothers: Billy Thomas and Ricky Sluder.

A private family memorial service is scheduled
