Peggy Yeager Covington

Peggy Yeager Covington, 81, of Commerce, passed away November 27, 2017, in Cooper, Texas.

Peggy was born on April 4, 1936, in Delta County to Lucy Lavada Willmon and Lee Morgan Yeager. She was a beautician and bookkeeper and retired from Park Street Tobacco. On May 25, 1959, she married Clyde Covington in Hugo, Oklahoma.

Survivors include her special friends, Richard and Shirl Lee of Commerce; her nephew, Tracy Yeager; her nieces: Trisha Yeager Perry and Tonya Yeager Epps; and, her sister-in-law, Betty Yeager.

She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; and, her brothers: Roger Willmon Yeager and Jerry Lee Yeager.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 29, 2017, in the Pecan Gap Cemetery with Bro. Terry Bryan officiating.
