Marvin L. Morrison

Marvin L. Morrison, formally of Commerce, was born December 30, 1915 to Robert Washington Morrison and Etta Brunetta Britt in Yantis, Hopkins County, TX. He died on October 7, 2009 in Midwest City, OK. He was 93 years old. Morrison married Lynette K. Hartmann on May 22, 1951.

Morrison was preceded in death by his wife Lynette K. Morrison and is survived by his two sons: Edward Morrison and spouse Cindy of Midwest City, OK and Warren Morrison of Commerce; two grand-daughters: Melody Elder of McPherson, KA and Ericca Morrison of Tulsa, OK, and has 2 great-grandchildren.

Visitation is Saturday, October 10, 2009 starting at 11:00 am at Jones-Walker & Son Funeral Home in Commerce. Graveside service follows at 1:00 P.M. at Rosemound Cemetery in Commerce, TX.
