Magaret Frances Hamilton, lovingly known as "Squeaky," passed away on May 24, 2025, in Round Rock, Texas. Born on October 2, 1959, in Knox City, Texas, she brought light and warmth to all who knew her. A dedicated Certified Nurses Aide, Magaret had a career marked by love and compassion, care that transcended mere obligation, touching the lives of countless patients and colleagues alike. She was a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church when she lived in Commerce.
Magaret was a very loving and outgoing person, traits that drew friends and family to her generous spirit. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life, particularly in her fondness for Tyler Perry movies, which provided her with laughter and inspiration.
She leaves behind her cherished family, including her husband, Bernie Hamilton, who adored her deeply. Her son, Sheldon Hamilton Sr., along with his wife Mellissa, is left to carry on her legacy, as are her beloved grandchildren: Kendarious, Kiaria, La'darious, Juvarius, Malayia, Dearius Lacy, Sheldon Hamilton Jr., Aralyn, Aaryn, Ivyana, Amagane, Amari Geselle, and Keasia. Each of them carries a piece of her heart, ensuring that her loving soul lives on in their laughter and memories.
Magaret’s bond with her sisters—Patricia Nugent and her husband Patrick, Laverne Allen and her husband Royce, Lois Adams and her husband James, and Cheryl Gotcher and her husband George—was strong and supportive, providing joy and camaraderie throughout her life.
She joins her mother, Annie Lee Richardson Allen; her father, Thomas Edward Allen; her daughter, Shameka Hamilton; her sister, Gladys Johnson; and her brother, Thomas Edward Allen Jr., in eternal rest. Though they are gone, their memories will forever be cherished and honored.
A funeral service will be held at Jones - Walker & Son Funeral Home in Commerce, Texas, on May 31, 2025, starting at 12:00 PM, as family and friends gather to celebrate Magaret's beautiful life and the indelible mark she left on our hearts. Her warmth, kindness, and vibrant laughter will be deeply missed but forever remembered.
