Faye Swindell was one of the most memorable people in my life during my growing up years in Commerce. She left an impact on everyone she met. I've wondered often about her over the years. She and my mother were good friends; mother really missed having her as part of their birthday group after Faye moved to the Dallas area. She was a faithful Christian, so I know she is now celebrating in heaven.
