Lottie "Tootsie Jones" Griffin

Lottie "Tootsie Jones" Griffin, 86, of Honey Grove passed away Wednesday, December 5, 2012.

Lottie was born in Bryan County, Oklahoma, on August 4, 1926, to Leafy Harris Jones and James Marion Jones. She was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking and baking, doing yard work, crafts and walking.

Survivors include her daughter-in-law Joyce Bills, her grandsons; Jared Bills and Greg Bills, her granddaughters; Jenna Leigh Bills and Dayna Bills, her sister-in-law Betty Jones and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Virgal Griffin; her parents; her son, James Lee Griffin; her brother, James C. Jones; and, her sisters: Tina Jones, Rosie Langarn and Dolly Roskowske.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 7, 2012, from 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. at West Side Baptist Church in Honey Grove.

Graveside services will be conducted on Saturday, December 8, 2012, at 1:00 p.m. at Oakwood Cemetery in Honey Grove, with Bro. Terry Paul Cunningham officiating.

Pallbearers will be David Allen "Hillbilly", Dylan Pelton, Jason Jones, David Hill, Dirik Jones, Emory Banker, Blake Allbright and Jimmy Pelton.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Emory Banker, Blake Allbright, Matthew Bapties and James Lee Griffin.
