Lena Mae Ferguson, 93, of Paris passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2015.

Lena was born in Bennington, Oklahoma, on October 12, 1921, to Susie and Finist Jones. In November 1943, Lena married Ottis Clifton Ferguson. She was retired from Sherwood Industries. For more than 25 years she helped with Meals on Wheels in Commerce. Lena enjoyed shopping and never missed the opportunity to watch the Texas Rangers games. She had her favorite expression that her family would always remember,"Don't be late for anything, if you were on time, you were late".

Survivors include her son,Wayne Ferguson of Klondike; her two daughters: DeAnna Roberts and Judy Yeager both of Paris; her grandchildren: Annette Fells, Jeff Roberts, Tonya Armstrong, Keaton Ferguson, Gus Ferguson, Heather Waddel, Cody and Justin Maroney; her fourteen great grandchildren; and, one great-great grandson due on August 13, 2015.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ottis Clifton Ferguson; her parents; her granddaughter, Gina Yeager Stephens; her brothers: Earl, Glen and Wendel Jones; her sister, Jewels Wright; and, her twin sister, Lela Merrel.

Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, July 16, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. at Jones-Walker and Son Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Terry Bryan officiating.

Visitation will be held prior to funeral services beginning at 6:00 p.m. at Jones-Walker & Son Funeral Home.

Burial will follow at Sonora Cemetery in Fairlie, Texas.
