Kathryn Ann Herring

Kathryn Ann Herring, 89, of Bonham, Tx., passed away at Texoma Medical Center in Denison, Tx. in the early hours of Sunday morning, March 1, 2020.

She was born on August 1, 1930, in Abbott, Tx., the daughter of Thomas J. Herring and Goldie Ann Skidmore Herring. Kathryn was an avid reader, often completing a book in one day, loved to crochet, dearly loved her friends and family, and enjoyed spending time babysitting her granddog "Shirley Temple" the chihuahua. She worked as a bookkeeper for many years and also served as the City Clerk for Norwood, Louisiana for a number of years.

Kathryn is survived by her children: Terry Pearson (Phyllis), Melody Perez (Johnny), and Rocky Pearson (Linda). She is also survived by grandchildren: Terry Pearson Jr., Misty Franco, Ben Miller, and Jessica Reeves. Other survivors also include numerous great grandchildren and great great grand children.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers: Billy and Jimmy Herring.
