Glenna Marie Robinson

Glenna Marie Robinson(Bledsoe), 82, of Sulphur Springs, joined her loved ones in heaven on Thursday afternoon, January 14, 2021 at 1:12 P.M. Glenna was born August 1, 1938 in Sulphur Springs, Texas to Averal and Lola Shields Bledsoe.  She married her husband, David J. Robinson, of 59 years on June 23, 1961.

Glenna was a beloved wife, grandmother and great grandmother.  She worked as a caregiver with Jordan Health Services for over 30 years. Glenna will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Glenna is survived by her husband David, four children; Mike Robinson, Mary Law, Norma Ward and Keith Robinson all of Sulphur Springs; eight grandchildren; Vera Dorgan, Amber Clark, Crystal Robinson, Cindy Howse, Alex Robinson, Haleigh Robinson, Hunter Robinson and Rhett Robinson; seven great grandchildren: Whitney Armstrong, Dacee Howse, Justin Wyly, Emily Stonaker, Dylan Mclaughlin, Dillenger Howse and Raylee Dorgan.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2021 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Jones-Walker & Son Funeral Home.  Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, January 17, 2021 at 3:00 P.M. in the Jones-Walker & Son Chapel with Bro. Edgar Clements officiating.

Burial will follow at Ridgeway Cemetery following the service.

Serving as pallbearers will be Alex Robinson, Keith Robinson, James Howse, Dylan McLaughlin, Dustin Dorgan, Tristan Pennington and Brian Clark.

COVID-19 prevention measures will be followed: masks and social distancing required.

In lieu of fresh flowers the family request artificial flowers be sent if possible.
