Frances Ruby Lee Recer

Frances Ruby Lee Recer,40, of Commerce passed away on Friday February 6, 2015.

Frances was born in Commerce on July 30, 1974, to Dorothy Faye Pruitt Thomas and Franklin Dow Clements.

She is survived by her mother, Dorothy Thomas; her son, Robert Ray Recer Jr.; her three daughters: Stacy Wicker of Garland, Laura Hott (Douglass) of Gainesville and Patsy Hott (Jewell) of Princeton; her grandchildren: Shawn Ray Darland, Jordan Lane Recer and Kaden Eugene Smith; and, her siblings: Lorrie Clements of Greenville and Franklin Dow Clements Jr. of Dime Box, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Recer; her father, Franklin Dow Clements; and, her sister, Sherry Keim.
