Erik Dean Guinther

Erik Dean Guinther, 51, of Commerce, passed away at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Dallas on Friday, April 24, 2020. He was born in California on May 24, 1968, the son of Kenneth Dean Guinther and Helen Guinther. The family sent this as an apt description of him:

                                                                                                 "He was a beautiful wild fire.

                                                                                                  He shined bright and hard,

                                                                                                  Out of control and free.

                                                                                                   Fires like that can burn out quickly,

                                                                                                   But, for a time,

                                                                                                   Warm everyone around their open flame."
