Douglas Arthur Webster, 69, of Paris passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2014, in Paris.

Douglas was born in Bluefield, WV, on June 14, 1944, to Allene Rosie Wilkins Johnson and Douglas Eugene Webster.

He was the former Aramark Food Service Director for East Texas State University until his retirement after 32 years of service. He was also a member of the Paris Regional Hospital Auxillary and a member of the Masonic Lodge of Commerce AF&AM #439. He loved hunting, golfing, traveling and community service.

Douglas was preceded in death by his step-father, Danny Johnson; his first wife, Velda Sue Webster; and, his granddaughter, Rachael Wallis.

Survivors include his wife, Charolette Webster of Paris; his sons: Douglas Bret Webster of Winfield, Matthew Bart Webster (Stephanie) of Atlanta, GA, and, John Lee Norris (Chrissy) of Panama, OK; his daughters: Pamela Sue Webster of Commerce, Ida Kathleen Wallis (Danny) of Arlington, and Wynona Lee Keeley (Kyle) of Paris; his brothers: Leroy Webster (Linda) of Grandview, and, Robert Webster of The Colony; his sisters: Jeanette Grider (Lavoy) of Lewisville and Beth Smith (Dennis) of Whitesboro; 14 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter; and, numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held beginning at 11:00 a.m. until service time on Wednesday, January 29, 2014, at theFirst United Methodist Church of Commerce.

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, January 29, 2014, at 12:00 o'clock Noon at the First United Methodist Church of Commerce.

Pallbearers will be the members of the Commerce Masonic Lodge AF&AM #439.

Interment will follow in Mount Carmel Cemetery in Wolfe City.
