Doris Merle Ramsey

Doris Merle Ramsey, 86, passed away Monday, December 17, 2012, in Garland.

Doris was born on July 13, 1926, to Essie Thurman Brothers and Sanford Brothers. She was a homemaker; she enjoyed sewing and making dolls.

Survivors include her three sons: Tommy Wayne Ramsey of Ladonia, Roger Ramsey of Lewisville and Timmy Ramsey also of Lewisville; her two daughters: Doris Wade of Garland and Ann Wilson of Garland, ten grandchildren; and, her eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Theodore Harvey Ramsey; her brother, AJ Brothers; and, her two sisters: Christine Kellum and Dean Moody.
