Consuelo was born in Mexico on March 28, 1928 to Francisco Oranday Gutierrez and Herlinda Gracia.
A private visitation was held on July 15, 2017.
Mrs. Garcia was transported to Monterrey Nuevo Leon, Mexico for funeral services and burial.
