Carl Hammons Jr, 70, of Greenville passed away Friday morning, October 23, 2026, at Briarcliff Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Greenville. He was born on March 8, 1956, in Greenville to Carl Ernest Hammons Sr and Jeannie Mae Harbin. He worked in the street department for the City of Greenville until he retired.
Carl is survived by his daughters: Crystal Mardant and husband Edward, Stephanie Davis and husband Jeff and Carla Myers and husband Cody. He is also survived by his grandchildren Jackson Mardant, Caden Myers, Cason Myers and Kayden Davis.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
