Candice Matter Smith

Candice Matter Smith, 62, of Wolfe City, passed away on Sunday, February 7, 2009, at her home.

Candice was born in Naperville, Illinois, to Darwin and Clemantine Matter. She was a horse trainer.

Survivors include her husband, Durwood Lee Smith; her daughter, Jamie Lee Bourcy and son-in-law Brian Michael Bourcy of Wolfe City; her grandson, Michael Scott Bourcy of Wolfe City; her brother and sister-in-law, John and Ellen Matter of Florida; her sisters and brothers-in-law: Sandra and Leroy Rungger of Wolfe City, Claudia and Steve Wennmacher of Illinois, and Pauline and Jack Ficela of Dayton, Ohio.
