Bobbie Ann Ouellette

Bobbie Ann Skipworth Ouellette, 69, passed away on Sunday, August 10, 2014, at her home in Krum.

Bobbie was born in Dallas on June 16, 1945, to Johnnie Tom Cross Skipworth and Glen "Skippy" Skipworth. Bobbie was married to Don Ouellette. She was a mother; and, she was a dog groomer for many years.

Survivors include her husband, Don; her sons: Robby Penny and wife Christine of Ponder, Tommy Penny of Royse City and Shane Starnes and wife Katrina of Krum; her grandchildren: Jennifer and Dwayne Penny and Tyler, Shaylee and Kylee Starnes; her daughter-in-law, Cindy Freeland, and, her mother, Johnnie Tom.

She was preceded in death by her son, Shawn Starnes; her father; and, her former husband, Jim Starnes.
