Barbara Elaine Cunningham Clifton, 78, of Winnsboro and formerly of Commerce passed away on Sunday evening June 1, 2025, in Winnsboro. Barbara was born on August 14, 1946 in Commerce, Tx., the daughter of Taylor Allen and Ruth Pauline Quinn Allen. During her working years she served in many capacities, including a dietitian, a seamstress. and a school bus driver.
