Ashley Nicole Emory

Ashley Nicole Emory, 34, of Commerce passed away on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at her residence.  She was born on July 8, 1989 in Atlanta, TX to Annie R. Emory, her birth mother.  At the age of 2 , she was adopted by her mother Jenevia Lewis.  She was raised and nurtured by her until her untimely departure.  She attended school in Greenville ISD and later graduated in Mt. Vernon ISD.  She was a member of Disciples of Faith under Pastor JW Scott.  She was employed at Mohawk Industries in Commerce.

Ashley leaves to mourn: her mother Jenevia Lewis, her birth mother Annie Ruth Jackson, her step-dad Gary Robinson, sisters: Sabrina Brown, Latonya and Cassie; brothers: Paul Mondy, Jonathan Mondy, Jerry Brown, Shunn Brown and Damond Gatlin.  She is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother Elnora Phifer.

Memorial services are planned for Friday, December 29, 2023 at 12:00 P.M. at Jones-Walker & Son Funeral Home.
