Billy Ray "Still Bill" Judkins, 62, of Ladonia passed away on Wednesday afternoon September 1, 2021 in Ladonia. Billy Ray was born on December 31, 1958 in Naples, TX to Hurshel Judkins Sr. and Estella Houston.

Billy Ray is survived by his daughters: Tina Dowdy and husband Quenton of Mississippi, Consuela Judkins of Mesquite, TX; sons: Kendrick Cuba and Deshun Judkins and wife Krysta of Guyman, Oklahoma; grandchildren: Alexis Kelley, Alajian Kelley, JaJuan Judkins, Kazion Dugan, Deatrick Price, Yolonda Price, Lashae Price, Dalesha Johnson, Jaden Judkins, Oakley Judkins, Shaqualin Day, Taylon Dowdy, Davin Dowdy, Tatum Dowdy and Shakira Cuba. He is also survived by his sisters: Connie Wilburn and husband Cal T Lewis, Charlene Crosby and husband Billy, and Fannie Harris and wife Michael; brother Hurshel Judkins and wife Annette. Numerous nieces, nephews and other family also survive.

He was preceded in death by his parents; grandson Devin Finney and brothers: Willie Judkins, Perry Judkins and Eddie Judkins.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at 12:00 P.M. at First Baptist Church in Ladonia with Rev. Roy Gaffney officiating and Rev. Ray Godfrey serving as eulogist. Burial will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery following the service.

Pallbearers will be Dontae Lewis, Freddy Aubrey, Curtis Patterson, Joe Maxwell, Sigmond Wright and Glen Young. Honorary pallbearers will be Darryl Wilburn, Terren Judkins, Perry Judkins, William Judkins and Jacolby Judkins.
